Here are a few pictures of what's done now. I worked on this ship a lot last night so you can see in the photos how little is left to do. Everything is painted, I just have to go back and do some cleanup work on the gold gild, also I didn't like the light tan I painted the hull so I went over it with a very dry brush of the gold so the entire hull has a nice faint shimmer to it and it doesn’t look tacky.. you can't really see it in these shots but it looks nice. All I have left to do is finish painting the eye on either side of the front of the ship, attach the stone fortress and add a back final to the end of the boat. After that is the rigging that doesn’t look as complicated as the first ship so I say by the weekend it will be finished.
