I should take a break from the first ship to the next but I've got the fever… lol so when the Roman Warship came in on Friday I had to resist not to start building it right away and get the other things I needed to get done finished. So after all of that I started building Friday night, this kit is a lot simpler than the last with very few parts. So for the most part on Friday and Saturday I painted the parts that needed to get put together first. So as of yesterday I had the hull together with all the oars in place, and last night I did some of detail work on the hull. This time around I have a picture of the actual model complete and painted so I have a good reference point for painting, although I'm going to deviate from the painting of the shields all the different colors to just alternating red and white with gold gild.

I'll take some more pictures after tonights work. I have everything all painted so its just a matter of gluing.
