I'm saving for a vacation so I PROMISED myself I wouldn't buy anything for awhile, but alas.... I did.. I told you the story about how I tried to pin my own Luna Moth specimen and how badly it turned out and not wanting to wait until they're out in full force to go and try to find a new one, I just ended up going back to that eBay store and buying one. $30 whatever.. it's not going to break my bank account and I'll finally have one. Also this weekend I started my birch tree wall project, I saw these decals on etsy awhile back but I figured I could paint it myself. So after figuring how how big I wanted them and how many, I got to work sketching them out on the wall with chalk and painting them in. I did the first one Friday night, the 2nd on Saturday and the 3rd last night. They only take about an hour per tree but I don't know if I would feel like sitting there and getting them all done at once. I'm going to the the 4th and 5th one today and tomorrow and depending on how big the span is of the trees are (I want it to be a little bigger than the size of the dining room table so it just looks better) I might add a 6 tree to the mix. I figured since that wall has to get repainted anyways when we move out I might as well do something fun on it.
