we got a new tv 2 weekends ago, so we went from a 42inch plasma to a 48inch LCD and let me tell you the difference is amazing. Our old TV is HD and we have the HD package from comcast but we hardly ever watched the HD channels on the old tv, and with the new one, I don't think I''ve been on any of the other channels since, the picture is just amazing, the kind of picture you see at the electronic stores on display and wish you had in your home... so last weekend i was flipping and came across Pulse, A Stomp Odyssey, (you know stomp. the percussion, movement and visual comedy show) but this was like stomp around the world. So it took one of my favorite things, world music and dance of different cultures and presented itself to me in pure HD goodness. I've seen the program awhile ago and was into it then, but this time seeing it so sharp and crisp really made me love it even more. below are a few of my favorite standout performances from the show, there's one clip i can't find, it's of two battling drumlines marching across the brooklyn bridge.. its such an amazing shot because they're flying over the bridge in a helicopter to get the shot and its just a sight to see, since i can't show you, i can let ya hear it.. here's the complete album from the show, the link will take you to the brooklyn bridge drumline but you can click on the other songs underneath...
she's a badass bitch
